摘要：随着国际分工的不断深化，生产的国际化走向日益加剧，加工贸易已经成为国际贸易的重要方式。近年来，加工贸易更是已经成为天津的对外贸易的主流方式，良好的投资环境、工业配套能力以及低廉的劳动力，使天津接受国际产业链主要程度进一步加深，带动了天津整个加工贸易进出口总额的增长。同时，也带动了外贸依存度的增长，对天津的经济增长做出了一定贡献。但是，与此同时，天津的加工贸易也还存在着产业结构不合理、自主创新能力差、高新技术企业少等严重影响加工贸易发展的问题，并且随着国际经济形势和国家宏观政策的变化，其转型升级也成为重要课题。因此，本文首先阐述了天津加工贸易的发展现状，其次分析了天津加工贸易发展问题，最后针对这些问题，为天津在未来如何更好地发展加工贸易，分析如何对加工贸易进行转型升级，并对加工贸易的转型升级提出合理对策。

Abstract：With the deepening of international division, a growing trend of production internationalization, processing trade has become the important way of international trade. In recent years, processing trade has already become the mainstream of the foreign trade of Tianjin, good investment environment industrial supporting ability and cheap labor, make Tianjin accept major degree of further deepening, the international industry chain led to Tianjin the growth of the total amount of import and export of processing trade. At the same time, it also spurred the growth of foreign trade dependence, has made certain contribution to the economic growth of Tianjin. Therefore, this paper expounds the development of Tianjin processing trade present situation, then analysis the development of Tianjin processing trade problems, finally aimed at these problems, to Tianjin in the future how to better development of processing trade, analysis how to transformation and upgrading of the processing trade, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures for the transformation and upgrading of processing trade.
