摘要:从20世纪90年代初开始,我国的高新技术产品开始进入良好的发展状态,在近几年开始加速发展。随着全球高效能技术产业的日益壮大,高新技术产品出口已经成为拉动我国外贸出口增长的主要动力来源,对我国的经济发展的作用渐渐增强,但我国高新技术产品出口仍然存在很多困难及发展问题,需要我们采取相应的措施去解决。本文将根据我国高新技术产品的出口现状,存在的主要问题进行讨论,提出一些具有实际性和建设性的对策建议,为促进我国高新技术产品进出口具有现实的指导意义,以有利于我国在国际市场上打好基础,从容的面对国际上的经济竞争。

ABSTRACT:From 1990s, the new high-tech product of China get into a fast developing, and increased develop speed in the recent years. With the high and new technology industry become stronger in the global environment, export those products has became a main brace of Chinese foreign export; However, export high-tech product still has many difficult issues, and need people to solve those problem suitably. This paper based on the current exporting high-tech product situation in China, and will discuss the main issues in the process on exporting. It will also propose some constructive and practical suggestions for promoting the exporting of Chinese high-tech product. This paper is helpful for China to get the advantages in the global market, and face to international economic competition more simply

高新技术产业的水平，是作为衡量一个国家是否具有国际竞争力的实力标志。近年来，中国的出口持续快速增长，中国大陆出口的扩张主要依靠一个大数目的低价值产品。在经济全球化的条件下，国际投资结构中的中高端发展已经大大加快高新技术产业国际化的进程。中国的高科技产品的出口，成为带动经济发展的新生力量,更是国家推动商品贸易增长的重要组成部分。然而，出口的高科技产品，还是存在一些或多或少的问题，如：高新技术产业关于国际分工的问题，高新技术产品的出口主要依赖国外大型的产品出口产业。具有自主知识产权和自主品牌的货物的出口发展的结构性一直没有得到改变。如果这些问题不解决，势必会影响中国的高科技产业的长期健康发展，在这种情况下，与我们的高新技术产品出口形势相结合，优化出口贸易结构升级就具有了非常重要的意义。
