摘要:在当今世界，各国对石油的强夺日益加剧。石油成为了各国的重要战略能源并且在各国的经济发展中起着至关重要的作用。我国是石油生产大国，同时也是石油的进口大国。1993年之后,我国便从石油出口国转为石油净进口国。目前，中国成为石油消费大国，但仍对香港、东盟等地区有少量出口。现在研究中国石油出口现状与问题，是想要发现我国石油出口现存的问题，从先前学者对于解决此类问题的经验中对我国石油出口情况进行分析，并提出优化我国石油出口结构的可行性建议。

ABSTRACT:In today's world, various countries fighting for world oil resources will be increasingly fierce day by day. Oil as an important strategic material in national economic development and national security plays an important role. China is one of the large oil producing countries ,but also is a large importing country of oil. And has become oil-importing countries from oil-exporting countries since 1993. Today, China become a major oil-consuming country, But it is still has a small amount of exports in Hong Kong, the asean and other regions. Now research from the current status of China to oil export and some existing problems is want to find out problems in China's oil exports. Draw from past researchers to solve the problem of similar experience, Oil export situation in China is analyzed, and optimization is put forward feasible Suggestions of petroleum export structure in our country.

本文以近十年来中国石油的出口为切入点。首先，从大量的数据资料和客观实际中分析归纳出中国石油出口的状况。然后，研究出中国石油出口行业中的问题，分析这些问题并给出可行的建议。
而且在研究的过程中学会应用不同的研究方法，这能够较为全面地培养和锻炼自身的能力，在巩固专业知识的基础上逐渐形成研究问题的思维，为以后对专业知识的进一步探究做好准备。此外，通过对本课题的研究，能够进一步地学习石油出口方面所涉及到的知识，开阔眼界，对更好地把握住将来在相关行业的就业机会很有帮助。
