摘要:自改革开放以来，逐渐引入市场经济体制，尤其是中国加入了世界贸易组织，我国进出口大幅度增加，然而在这快速发展的背后，外贸出口秩序混乱这个问题，一直困扰着国内企业，中国的出口企业受到许多限制，而国内的商品经济也发展到一定阶段，行业协会作为政府和企业之间沟通的纽带，在保护国内产业，支持国内企业，增强国际竞争力方面，起着尤为重要的作用。根据行业协会在国际贸易中无可替代的重要作用，有必要对行业协会在规范出口竞争中的秩序的作用进行探讨。通过阐述行业协会的作用，分析他在出口竞争中遇到的问题以及这些问题的成因，进行进一步研究，提出一些能让行业协会更好发展的措施。

ABSTRACT:Since reforming and opening,gradual introduction of market economy, especially China joined the World Trade Organization,a substantial increase in imports and exports. However behind the rapid developing,the problem of foreign-trade’s order is confusion,and it always has been plagued by domestic enterprises.Chinese export enterprise subject to many restrictions, and domestic commodity economy has been developed a certain stage,industry associations as a bond between government and enterprise,in the protection of domestic industries, to support domestic enterprises, to enhance international competitiveness, plays a particularly important role.According to industry associations play a important role in the international trade,it’s necessary to how industry associations regulate the order of export competition do a explore.By describing the functions of industry associations,analysis its action in the export competition,make a further research,put forward some good measure to make the industry associations develop better.

本论文以中国行业协会为例，首先，通过对收集来的资料和数据的整理，针对我国行业协会在国际贸易竞争中的发展的现状和作用进行深入探讨，以此来凸显行业协会的作用性质优势。然后从政府对企业的作用，以及从行业协会对企业的作用来突出行业协会作为国际贸易竞争秩序的桥梁。我过行业协会在发展过程中还有许多的不足，行业协会在调解国际贸易竞争中还存在许多挑战，当然也有很多机遇。通过深入的探讨来了解行业协会是如何发挥自身功能解决贸易争端的。最后根据整理来的资料，以及探讨提出有助于行业协会发展与进步的建议。
