[摘要]:随着社会的发展,企业之间的竞争成败更多的将由企业人才的能力来主导,企业的人力资源管理现状却并不乐观,尤其是中小企业。在财政资本等环节上占明显劣势的中小企业更要加强对人力资源的管理,将人本管理思想深植于企业文化之中,用人本管理来改善企业的人力资本,用企业的人力资本来提高企业的竞争力。本文通过对人本管理的发展回顾以及我国中小企业人力资源管理的现状中的问题分析,并提出分析对策,得出了人本管理将是中小企业改善管理,提升企业实力的好方式,并且希望人本管理能够在中小企业中真正切实有效的执行。
