摘 要:随着信息时代的到来，电子商务将成为未来企业的主要盈利模式。电子商务时代的物流也面临新的挑战，两者必然也应该走向结合。两者的结合将衍生新的电子商务和物流模式，这对电子商务和物流将会产生深刻的影响。
本文深入分析了电子商务与物流的相互依存的紧密关系，论述了两者整合的必要性及整合的意义。总结出我国已经存在的电子商务与物流整合的三种基本模式：电子商务向物流服务整合、物流企业电子商务化和电子商务第三方物流。并对这三种模式的优点、缺点、及适用对象进行了对比分析，得出目前我国不同的企业所适合的不同的电子商务与物流整合之路。在理论探讨的基础上，结合京东商城的电子商务与物流整合管理模式的案列，从实证分析的角度讨论其整合的方法途径，并针对京东商城目前的不足提出改进性意见。最后得出企业只有灵活的运用不同的模式或者将不同的模式结合使用，才能最大的发挥电子商务与现代物流的优势，从而提高企业的利润。

ABSTRACT:With the the arrival of the information age, e-commerce will become the company's main profit model in the future.logistics is also facing new challenges in the era of e-commerce.both of them must be Integrated.The combination of them will derive new business and logistics model and have a profound impact on the business and logistics.
My article thoroughly analyzed the interdependent close relationship of the e-commerce and logistics , discussed the necessity and the meaning to integrate both of them.I Summed up our already existing e-commerce and logistics integration of the three basic modes: integrated logistics services to e-commerce,integrated e-commerce to logistics and E-commerce third-party logistics.The advantages, disadvantages, and application objects of these three modes are compared and analyzed which our are suitable for different enterprises in different e-commerce and logistics consolidated road in our country.based on the theoretical discussion and Jingdong Mall e-commerce and logistics integration model case,I have discussed its integrated methodological approach in terms of the empirical analysis and given some suggestions for the current lack of Jingdong Mall.Finally come to the conclusion that only the enterprise make flexible use of different model or combine different models can they exploit the e-commerce and modern logistics’superiority,thereby to increase profits.
