摘要:随着经济全球化逐渐加快的进程和环境问题的加剧恶化，国际群体越来越关心贸易自由化是否会导致环境质量遭到严重破坏、以及贸易政策 能否作为一种有效手段来促进全球环境的保护。于是贸易和环境之间的内在关系 吸引了很多学者开始关注这个领域。泉州市随着改革开放步伐的加快，经济也大 幅增长，不可否认的是，对外贸易的发展对泉州市的经济快速增长起到了重要作 用。但是，泉州市的环境污染和污染物排放的增长也不可忽视。即要发展经济， 又要保护环境，这二者能否兼顾？本文从泉州市对外贸易与环境污染入手，对泉 州市的对外贸易现状和环境污染的现状进行了介绍，采用了计量经济学的线性回 归分析方法，考察了泉州市进出口贸易总额与工业废气排放量和工业废水排放量 之间的关系，得出了对外贸易对于工业废气排放量、工业废水排放量有影响的结 论，给出了调整产业结构、污染源控制，工业污染集中处理化等积极的建议来缓 解泉州市对外贸易与环境污染之间的矛盾和冲突。

However, Quanzhou city's environmental pollution and pollutant emissions growth can not be ignored.The development of economy, and Protect environment, whether you can have both ？ This article from the foreign trade and environmental pollution of Quanzhou city,Introduced the current situation of foreign trade and environmental pollution in Quanzhou City,using the linear econometric regression analysis method, to examine the relationship between the total volume of import and export trade in Quanzhou city and industrial emissions and industrial waste water emissions,The foreign trade has an effect on industrial emissions and industrial wastewater emissions conclusions,positive suggestion, such as adjust the industrial structure, the source of pollution control,industrial pollution treatment and so on, using to alleviate the contradiction and the conflict between foreign trade and environment pollution in Quanzhou city.
