氮、镁元素对绿豆生长影响的探究.doc

摘要:本文采用室内水培实验,研究了氮元素与镁元素在不同浓度下对绿豆生长发育(株高、干重/鲜重、电导率)和生理生化(叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖、脯氨酸、粗纤维)的变化规律。结果表明:氮元素和镁元素是植物生长的大量元素,随着氮元素浓度由0.0525g/L~0.1575g/L的升高,绿豆的株高变大,而镁元素浓度由0.015g/L~0.045g/L的升高,绿豆的株高也变大。随着氮元素浓度由0.0525g/L~0.1575g/L的升高,绿豆的干重/鲜重值变大,镁元素浓度由0.015g/L~0.045g/L的升高,绿豆的干重/鲜重值也变大。在电导率方面,氮元素随着浓度由0.0525g/L~0.1575g/L的升高,电导率降低,镁元素随着浓度由0.015g/L~0.045g/L的升高,电导率也降低。这是因为低浓度营养液对绿豆幼苗的活力起遏制作用。随着镁元素浓度由0.015g/L~0.045g/L的递增,会促进叶绿素的合成。随着氮元素浓度由0.0525g/L~0.1575g/L的升高,则会使绿豆可溶性蛋白含量增多。当氮元素浓度为0.1575g/L时,可溶性糖含量最多。脯氨酸的含量随着两种元素浓度的增大而增加。当氮元素浓度为0.1575g/L时,粗纤维的含量最多,而镁元素浓度由0.015g/L~0.045g/L的升高,粗纤维的含量也逐渐增大。

Abstract:This article adopts indoor water culture experments,studying Nitrogen element and Magnesium element in different concentrations on the growth and development of mung bean(height;dry weight/fresh weight;electrical condunctivity)physiological and biochemical (chlorophyll;soluble protein;soluble sugar;proline).The result showed that Nitrogen element and Magnesium element are the most element for plant of growth..With the concentration of Nitrogen element from 0.0525g/L to 0.1575g/L increasing,height of mung beans changes bigger and the concentration of Magnesium element from 0.015g/L to 0.045g/L raised,height of mung beans also changes bigger.With the concentration of Nitrogen element from 0.0525g/L to 0.1575g/L increasing, dry weight/fresh weigh of mung beans will increase, the concentration of Magnesium element from 0.015g/L to 0.045g/L raised, dry weight/fresh weigh of mung beans will also increase.At the part of electrical condunctivity, With the concentration of Nitrogen element from 0.0525g/L to 0.1575g/L increasing, electrical condunctivity of mung beans reduced,  with the concentration of Magnesium element from 0.015g/L to 0.045g/L raised, electrical condunctivity of mung beans will also reduce,because lower concentration would restrain the activity of mung bean. With the concentration of Magnesium element from 0.015g/L to 0.045g/L increasing,it will promote chlorophyll to synthesize . With the concentration of Nitrogen element from 0.0525g/L to 0.1575g/L increasing,it will add up the content of soluble protein.When the concentration of Nitrogen element is 0.1575g/L,the soluble sugar is the most .With the concentration of them increasing,the content of proline will increase. When the concentration of Nitrogen element is 0.1575g/L,the content of rough cellulose is the most .However,with the concentration of Magnesium element increasing the content of rough cellulose will also increase.
