摘要: 目的:以桦褐孔菌为研究对象,探讨不同的液体培养基及发酵条件对桦褐孔菌发酵的影响。
方法:运用正交实验的主要方法。选取不同的培养基,在不同发酵条件下对桦褐孔菌进行培养,培养结束后以液体菌丝及固体发酵菌质为指标探讨桦褐孔菌培养情况。
结果:桦褐孔菌最佳的发酵液配方为:桦褐孔菌菌丝体液体培养的最佳培养基配方是:葡萄糖20 g/L、黄豆粉30 g/L、KH2PO4 3 g/L、MgSO4·7H2O 0.7 g/L、VB1 0.005 g/L;最佳发酵条件为:温度28°,pH 6,培养时间:8天。接种量:8%。
讨论:桦褐孔菌液体培养时,用摇床摇出来的菌球较小,是否是由于转速过快,导致菌球涣散。

Abstract:Objective: Inonotus objects to study the impact of different liquid medium and fermentation conditions on the fermentation of Inonotus.
Methods: The main method of orthogonal experiment. Select a different media under different fermentation conditions on Inonotus culture, culture explore the Inonotus culture after the end of the quality indices of liquid mycelium and solid state fermentation bacteria.
Results: The the Inonotus best fermented liquid formula is: Inonotus mycelium in liquid cultures of the optimum medium: glucose, 20 g / L, soybean flour 30 g / L, KH 2 PO 4 3 g / L, MgSO4, · 7H2O 0.7 g / L, and of VB1 0.005 g / L; optimum fermentation conditions: temperature 28 °, pH 6, incubation time: 8 days. Inoculum size: 8%.
Discussion: Inonotus liquid culture, shaker shake out small pellet, whether due to excessive speed, resulting in pellet lax.
