摘要:2010年2月至3月,对江苏太湖流域乌溪河水体中的浮游动物进行了采样调查。分析研究春季乌溪河游动物种类组成、优势种、生物量、密度、多样性、均匀度及其丰富度。共鉴定浮游动物35种,共969只。桡足种数最多,为13种,占浮游动物物种数的37.1%,轮虫类,为12种,占34.3%,枝角类,为10种,占28.6%。萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus )、剑水蚤(Cyclopoida sp.)和多刺粗毛溞(Macrothrix spinosa )为三类动物的优势种。通过对浮游动物各项指数的研究分析,本文还对乌溪河水质状况进行了评价,结果显示乌溪河为中营养水体,并有向富营养水体发展的趋势。

Abstract: Zooplankton communities were investigated monthly (February-March 2010) in Wuxi River. Based on the investigation data, the species composition, dominant species, biomass, density, biodiversity index, evenness index and species richness index in Wuxi River were studied.35 species of zooplankton were identified, a total of 969, among which, Copepoda was the main group, which contained 13 species (37.1% of the total species number). 12 species of Rotifer (34.3%) and 10 species of Cladocera (28.6%) were observed.The dominant species were Brachionus calyciflorus,Cyclopoida sp.and Macrothrix spinosa .Based on the species number, density, and biomass of zooplankton, it had found that Wuxi lake was in oligotrophic status.
