Abstract:Study on Germanium- rich of Flammulina velutipes materials through on Germanium- rich of Flammulina velutipes mycelium in scavenging oxygen free radical and hydroxyl free radical and determination of SOD and MDA in serum of mice, a study on their antioxidant and anti-aging capacities.

Experimental results show that the 500 μg/mL of Germanium on the growth-promoting effect of Flammulina velutipes. 70% ethanol of alcohol derived from analysis of blank Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides have a higher rate of yield is 5.064%, Germanium- rich of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides rate higher than the yield of normal Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides, 7.741%. By contrast demonstrated, determination of antioxidant extracted water when mycelium is better than ethanol, germanium-rich group of SOD activity and inhibition of hydroxyl free radical 41.116, respectively U/mL and 34.674 U/mL, white group of SOD activity and inhibition of hydroxyl radical 32.49 U/mL and 29.006 U/mL, respectively. Measuring serum enriched germanium can be seen in mice Group's content of SOD and content of MDA of 90.27 respectively U/mL and 9.381nmoL/mL blank group content of SOD and content of MDA of 84.74 U/mL and 12.201 nmoL/mL, respectively. Germanium-rich antioxidant, anti-aging capabilities of Flammulina velutipes is significantly higher than normal Flammulina velutipes.
