摘 要:为优化益智仁总黄酮的提取工艺,通过单因素试验考察了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度和液料比对总黄酮提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,获得了益智仁总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。结果表明:益智仁总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%、提取时间80 min、提取温度45.0℃、液料比40 mL/g,在此条件下益智仁总黄酮的含量为49.90mg/g。

Abstract:Extracting technology of total flavonoids from Alpinia oxyphylla were studied. Effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and liquid-to-solid ratio on the yield of flavonoids from Alpinia oxyphylla were taken by the single factor experiments. on the basis of single factor experiments, Box-Behnken central composite experimental design was used to optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from Alpinia oxyphylla. The results showed that when the extraction parameters were controlled at ethanol concentration of 70%, extraction time of 80 min, extraction temperature of 45.0℃, the liquid-to-solid ratio of 40 mL/g, the yield of total flavonoids from Alpinia oxyphylla could be up to49.90mg/g.
