[摘要]目的：测定GABA胚芽乳的理化指标和微生物指标，理化指标包括蛋白质含量，脲酶定性检测，总固形物；微生物指标包括菌落总数和大肠菌群，以确定GABA胚芽乳是否符合卫生标准。方法：测定GABA胚芽乳的各项卫生指标。结果：本实验样品GABA胚芽乳符合企业的卫生标准。结论：各种理化检测和微生物检测胚芽乳表明本实验样品的GABA胚芽乳符合企业的卫生标准，能提供给消费者安全有保障的产品。
