摘要:本文采用调查法、访谈法、文献资料法对XX学院体育专业学生学习动机进行了调查与研究，分析了XX学院体育系部分学生体育学习的动机水平、策略感、活动意图、动机气氛、兴趣和努力感。动机是学生参与体育活动的内部动力，研究动机应从学生自我决定行为的动机过程着手。基于自我决定理论的内化机制，比较不同体育专业的学生三个基本心理需要(自主需要、能力需要和归属需要)以及体育学习兴趣、努力和动机水平，并验证各因素之间的关系。

XX学院体育系的学生在学习动机中，低年级的学生比高年级的学生明显。并且主要表现在两点。第一点是提高自身的技术素质。因为低年级学生刚刚进入大学的校园，都有非常强的好胜心，希望在运动方面取得成果，他们不想落后，所以表现出较强的学习动机。第二点是为了考取研究生，因为到大学后，家人的督促，自己的雄心壮志，都会激励他们去为考取研究生而奋斗，慢慢的，大学的诱惑逐渐增多，寝室生活多以闲聊娱乐为主，对考研也渐渐的失去了信心，更多的是为毕业后找到好工作而产生学习动机。
体育系学生想考取更多的资格，在课余时间会经常去体育馆运动，练习自己的专项技能。但是学生很少有去图书馆进行学习，缺乏理论学习的动力。说明体育系的学生技能学习动力很好，但是缺乏理论学习的动力。最后变成一条腿走路，肯定不平衡。
在内部学习动机中，为找到工作的动机比率很高，但是学生却缺乏到社会上去学习的动力，因为怕苦怕累，也有的怕自己做不来。不知道社会的发展趋势，也不知道社会需要什么样的人才。最后不能很好的与社会接轨。导致毕业后工作难找的现象。
