摘要:本文中笔者运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法对麻栗坡县民族中学体育课教授实施现状进行调查分析，结果显示麻栗坡县民族中学体育课教授实施与全国其它地区的体育课教授实施还存在很大的差距。主要体现在体育课教授结构比较单一，没有迈向多元化；相关体育部门对体育课教授的作用宣传还不够，导致人们不了解体育课教授的意义。且麻栗坡县民族中学体育场地和器材严重缺乏，还缺少相当专业教师的指导，很难满足体育课教授实施的需求等等，所以影响麻栗坡民族中学实施体育课教授的效果。提出相应的措施，建立健全教育组织，完善麻栗坡民族中学的教育体系。加大对体育设施和器材的投资，加大对体育知识的宣传力度，使麻栗坡民族中学的体育课教授走向多元化、科学化、合理化。

ABSTRACT:This paper using the method of documentary, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods of Malipo county national secondary school physical education present situation carries on the analysis, the results showed the county Malipo national middle school physical education and other regions of the country physical education there is still a big gap. Is mainly reflected in the curriculum structure is more onefold, not towards diversification; sports departments of physical education the role of propaganda is insufficient, cause people do not understand the significance of the course of sports. And Malipo county national secondary school sports venues and equipment lack, lack of professional teachers' guidance, it is difficult to meet the needs of physical education and so on, so the effect of Malipo National Middle School Physical Education effect. The corresponding measures were put forward, build perfect education organization, perfect the education system of Malipo ethnic middle school. Increase of sports facilities and equipment investment, increase pair of new course standards of sports publicity, make Malipo national school physical education move toward diversity, scientific, rational.

随着科学技术的迅猛发展和经济的全球化，人类社会的物质文化生活水平从整体上有了很大提高，人类的许多疾病得到了根治，健康状况大为改善。但是，现代生产和生活方式造成的体力活动减少和心理压力增大，对人类健康形成了日益严重的威胁。人们逐渐接受了健康不仅是没有疾病和不虚弱，而且是在身体、心理和社会方面都保持良好状态的观念。人类比以往任何时候都更加关注自己的健康状况和生活质量。由于国民的健康对国家的发展、社会的进步和个人的幸福至关重要，而体育课教授又是增进国民健康的重要途径，因此，世界各国都高度重视体育课教授的改革。体育课教学的一些现代教育理念，逐渐为大多数的体育教师所接受，不少教师，尤其是城市的一些体育教师在课教授实践中还能积极加以贯彻和探索。《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》指出：“健康体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的基本前提，是中华民族旺盛生命力的体现。学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想，切实加强体育工作，使学生掌握基本的运动技能，养成锻炼身体的良好习惯。”体育课教学强调课程的基础性、实践性和综合性特征，体现课程的整体健康观和育人功能，突出学生的学习主体地位，重视建立较完整的课程目标体系和发展性的评价体系，注重课教授内容的可选择性和课教授方法的多样性，使课程有利于培养高中学生的运动爱好和专长以及坚持锻炼身体的习惯，提高学生的健康素养，促进学生在身体、心理和社会适应能力等方面健康、和谐地发展，从而为提高国民的整体健康水平发挥重要作用。
