摘要： 在新一轮教育课程改革中，改革者提出知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度价值观的三维目标体系，它也成为指导我国新课程与教学的重要思想。而在音乐这门学科上，如何运用好？笔者对“三维目标”的提出背景、认识“三维目标”理解其内在含义，及如何将其运用到中小学音乐课堂进行研究。
