[摘要] 目的:探讨大学生人际信任与社交焦虑之间的关系。方法:以400名大学生为研究对象,采用人际信任问卷和社交焦虑量表进行测量分析。调查结果:1.不同年级的大学生人际信任和社交焦虑的差异显著。2.大学生的社交焦虑在性别、班干部与否维度上差异显著。3. 人际信任水平在专业、生源地、独生与否、是否班干部上无显著差异。4.社交焦虑水平在专业、生源地、独生与否上无显著差异。5. 大学生人际信任度与社交焦虑水平呈极其显著正相关。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the relationship between interpersonal trust of college students and interactive anxiousness. Methods: To 400 college students as subjects, using Interpersonal Trust Scale and Interaction Anxiousness Scale to be measured and analysed. It showed that:1. There was significant differences in interpersonal trust and social anxiety between different grade. 2. In the dimensions of gender and class cadres college students,social anxiety has signifieant difference.3. In the dimensions of students,kind, family,only child and class cadres college students,interpersonal trust has no signifieant difference. 4.In the dimensions of students,kind, family and only child college students,social anxiety has no signifieant difference. 5. There was a positive correlation between interpersonal trust and social anxiety.

通过人际信任度和社交焦虑的关系比较发现,人际信任水平越高,其社交焦虑越高;反之,人际信任水平越低,其社交焦虑越低。大学生人际信任度与社交焦虑水平呈显著正相关。这是令笔者诧异的结果。从常理上来说,相当一部分大学生社交焦虑心理的产生是由对他人的不信任、生活能力和环境适应能力不强引起的。人际信任度会直接影响大学生对他人行为、承诺或言语可靠性的信任程度,影响其在社会交往中的情绪状态。人际信任度低的大学生可能对人际交往过程有较多的负面评估,导致更多的负性情绪从而产生社交焦虑。因而假设学生人际信任水平与大学生社交焦虑水平存在负相关,这与本研究结果相悖。
