摘要:“低碳经济”这一概念一经提出就受到了广泛的关注，现如今发展低碳经济已经成为当今世界不可逆转的大趋势。在此背景之下，上海对外贸易的发展面临着巨大的挑战，发展与低碳经济相适应的对外贸易是上海转变经济增长方式的必由之路。为实现这一目的，必须深刻认识到现有的发展模式与贸易模式的不可持续性。本文主要研究上海贸易方式、贸易结构、商品结构等方面与低碳经济存在的矛盾性，从两方面分析提出建议：一方面，要加大政府的扶持力度，通过政府各部门之间的通力合作，建立起有效可行的低碳经济体系；另一方面，以低碳经济的视角为出发点对上海现有的对外贸易模式、贸易结构进行调整与改革，摒弃以往传统的经济模式，在改革探索中寻求发展，谋求一条上海对外贸易可持续发展的道路，从而实现经济发展与资源环境保护的双赢。

Abstract:Once the concept of "low-carbon economy" is put forward has received widespread attention, now developing a low carbon economy has become an irreversible trend in the world. Under this background, the development of Shanghai foreign trade faces enormous challenges. Developing the foreign trade which corresponding to the low carbon economy is the only way for transformation of the mode of economic growth in Shanghai. In order to achieve this purpose, it must be realized that the existing development mode and trade mode is unsustainable. This article mainly analyzes the mode of Shanghai trade ,the trade structure, product structure ,the low carbon economy and the contradiction between them. It gives Suggestions from two aspects , on the one hand, to intensify the government's support, by working together to establish a practical system of low carbon economy; On the other hand, in view of low carbon economy as the starting point for Shanghai existing mode of foreign trade, trade structure adjustment and reform, abandon the past the traditional economic model, seek to develop in the reform exploration, seek a Shanghai foreign trade sustainable development path, so as to realize the win-win of economic development and resource environment protection.
