摘要:以Pb2+为模板,壳聚糖为单体,硅胶为载体,γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为偶联剂,利用表面分子印迹技术和溶胶。凝胶法制备Pb2+印迹聚合物。通过Pb2+的浓度,pH值,静置时间等因素对分子印迹聚合物的吸附效果影响进行相应的研究,结果表明,吸附酸度pH=3.5时,30mg吸附剂吸附的5h达到平衡,Pb2+离子印迹聚合物具有较好的选择性,同时具有良好的脱附性能,用2mol/L盐酸中达到重金属离子解吸,效果不错。利用制得的印迹聚合物和非印迹聚合物,检测对环境中铅离子的吸附性能表明,吸附率良好。

Abstract:Plumbum as a template, and Chitosan as monomers, silica gel as the carrier, gamma-(2, 3 epoxy propyl ether) propyl trimethoxy silane (KH-560) for coupling agents, use of surface molecular imprinted technique and Sol. Preparation of plumbum imprinted polymer by gel. By plumbum concentration, pH value, standing time and other factors on the adsorption effect of molecular imprinted polymer of corresponding studies, showed that adsorption of pH when pH value is 3.5, 30mg 5h balance of the adsorbent, Pb2+ ion selectivity of molecularly imprinted polymer has better, and with excellent desorption properties, with 2 mol/L up to heavy metal ions in hydrochloric acid desorption, works well. Molecularly imprinted polymer and produced using non-imprinted polymer, lead ion adsorption property of testing on the environment shows that absorption rate is good.
