摘要:调查发现南京名校初中和普通学校的数学教师在课堂教学上有着多处不同之处，故本研究着重对初中数学教师专业活动的具体层面——前置性作业、教学设施、课堂提问、课堂氛围、课后作业出发。通过调查了解现在南京名校和普通初中数学教师课堂教学的方法，从而比较分析，为一些弱势学校的教学设施提供参考，让学校教育趋于平衡。

Abstract：Survey found that Nanjing schools junior high school and normal school mathematics teachers in the classroom teaching has many differences, this study focuses on the junior middle mathematics teachers’ professional activities of specific dimensions—preparation before class,teaching facilities , classroom questions ,classroom atmosphere of,homework.Based on the investigation of present Nanjing schools and ordinary junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching method, thus the comparative analysis, for some of the disadvantaged schools teaching facilities to provide reference, let the school education tends to balance.

一、问题的提出
通过比较分析当前南京初中数学教师的课堂教学，初步了解南京名校和普通学校数学教学的现状，从而得出南京名校和普通学校之间数学教师的教学差距。
二、研究目的
通过调查了解现在南京市初中数学教师数学课堂教学的方法，比较分析名校和普通学校的数学教师在提高课堂效率上的不同方法，为一些弱势学校的教学设施提供参考，让学校教育趋于平衡，让家长不要为择校而烦恼。
