摘要:本实验以三七、茯苓、黄连、重楼和木香为材料,通过不同干灰法条件(温度、时间)对这五种中草药进行处理,然后用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素Cu的含量。三七的最佳灰化条件:时间6小时,温度550℃;茯苓最佳灰化条件:时间4小时,温度400℃;黄连最佳灰化条件:时间4小时,温度550℃;重楼最佳灰化条件:时间4小时,温度550℃;木香最佳灰化条件:时间6小时,温度550℃。干法灰化条件下石墨炉原子吸收光谱法有效测定三七等五种中草药中Cu含量,操作简便、快捷。三七、茯苓、重楼、黄连和木香这五种中草药中测定铜含量各有差异,黄连中Cu含量是茯苓的2倍,从大到小顺序为黄连、三七、木香、重楼、茯苓,它们中铜测定结果都低于20. 0 mg/kg。
