摘  要:钴镍的化学性质非常相似,在矿床中常共生、伴生,因此在各种含钴废渣中常有镍,如镍冶炼转炉渣、铜冶炼含钴转炉渣、镍精炼含钴渣等,在各种特殊合金材料、电池材料、催化剂中,也都同时含有钴镍。本文综述了目前分离镍钴的常用方法;对液膜提取过程的研究现状和意义进行了阐述;建立了皂化P507微乳液膜分离钴镍的新方法;研究了以P507为载体,航空煤油为溶剂的微乳液膜体系分离镍钴的分离性能。考察了萃原液的初始浓度、P507的体积浓度、pH值、乳水比和萃取时间五个因素对分离性能的影响,从而确定了合适的萃取条件为:萃原液初始浓度为0.5mol/L;萃原液pH为2.0;相比 V(o):V(a)为 2:1时 ;单级萃取10 min;10 %P507和90 %磺化煤油的皂化微乳液为萃取剂。

Abstract : Cobalt nickel chemical properties are very similar, in deposits, so often symbiosis and associated in various containing cobalt residues, such as nickel has a tendency to nickel copper smelting blast furnace slag, smelting turn containing cobalt turn slag, nickel refining cobaltiferous slag etc, in various special alloy material, battery materials, catalyst, are also contains cobalt and nickel. This paper reviews the current methods of separation of nickel and cobalt; of liquid membrane extraction process, the research present situation and meaning is described; Established saponification P507 microemulsion membrane separation, a new method of nickel and cobalt; Researches on the P507 as the carrier, kerosene as solvent separation membrane system of microemulsion nickel and cobalt separation properties. The P507 examined the initial concentration of the water, breast, pH value than, extraction time and extraction phase ions concentration of separation factors such as the influence of performance, so as to determine the appropriate extraction conditions for: compared to 2.0, bioburden pH V(o):V(a) for 2:1, single stage extraction 10 min, gathers the initial concentration of the stock for 0.5 mol / L, 10% P507 and 90% sulphonated kerosene saponification microemulsion for extracting agent.
