摘要:以海绵为模板,硝酸锰与醋酸锰按摩尔质量1:1混合加蒸馏水配置锰液,采用模板法制备了多孔锰氧化物,研究不同焙烧温度对样品电性能的影响。将所得样品制成扣式电容器电极材料,并装配成扣式电容器在LAND电池测试系统上测试其电性能。数据分析表明在不同温度(200~800℃)下焙烧,得到的活性物质,充放电性能也不一样。焙烧温度较低时(200~600℃),升高温度对样品性能影响比较大, 焙烧温度较高时(600~800℃), 升高温度对样品性能影响比较小。但是升高温度对活性物质的充放电循环性能影响是随温度的升高循环曲线平台宽度增大,瞬间放电现象也随温度的升高而更加突出。电性能测试结果表明,相比之下,200℃30min -600℃90min条件下制备得到的多孔锰氧化物电性能最良好,循环性能较好,放电比容量也较高,达到0.93186mAh/g。

Abstract:To sponge as templates nitric acid manganese to acetic acid manganese according to moore 1: 1 mixed quality and vending configuration manganese to adopt a system for a porous manganese oxides, the difference of temperature on the firing of the electrical behavior of the sample. the sample will be made up in a condenser, and the material into the condenser land up in the battery of tests system test its performance. data analysis indicates the temperature (200 ~ 800 ℃) the firing, the activity material or charging and discharge performance. Firing temperature is low ( 200 ~ 600 ℃ ), the rise of temperature which performance is more important, when the firing at higher temperature ( 600 ~ 800 ℃ ), the rise of temperature which performance is relatively small. But on the rise of temperature on the activity material charging and discharge performance is the circulation of the temperature increases the width of the platform, a discharge phenomena as the temperature grows and more prominent. Performance test results indicate that, in contrast, 200 ℃ 30min -600 ℃ 90min conditions for the preparation of the porous manganese oxides the good performance and capacity to discharge the highest, more than 0. 93186 mAh /g.
