摘要:关于这次的毕业设计内容主要为重庆城市管理职业学院新校区一教学楼工程投标文的编制。本工程是座落在重庆市秀山县的重庆秀山育才中学—幼儿园。本工程基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。主体为砌体框架结构，结构安全等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为六度，工程类别为三类,设计耐火等级为二级，建筑总面积为8104.64平方米。本工程的建设单位为重庆城市秀山中学，工程由中国机械工程第三设计研究院设计，施工图纸齐全。
该投标文件的编制是以重庆秀山育才中学——幼儿园的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序，运用网络技术分段、分层流水作业，合理安排施工顺序和施工计划，确保施工进度。
由于工期紧工程量较大，为使新一批学生及早入住学校，我方一旦中标，全面调度公司的人、财、物，积极推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备，严格按照ISO9002质量体系运行。贯彻施工技术规范、操作规程，实施全面质量管理。精心组织、科学管理，确保实现各项承诺目标。

ABSTRACT:Preparation of graduation design about the main bidding paper Chongqing city management of the new campus of Career Academy is a teaching building project.
