摘要:在倡导低碳经济、绿色交通的大背景下。家用轿车对环境的影响问题,已经逐渐成为人们普遍关注的问题。为了更好地探究北京市家用轿车二氧化碳的排放对环境问题的影响,更清楚地了解北京市的低碳交通发展与施行情况,也为有关部门能更好的预防和控制北京市家用轿车的增长速度。本文对北京市家用轿车二氧化碳排放的时空特征进行研究。

   本文是《北京城市客运碳排放时空特征研究》项目的一部分,具体研究北京城市客运交通体系中家用轿车碳排放(指CO2排放,下同)的时间和空间特征,通过家用轿车碳排放时间和空间特征及其影响因素的分析研究,提出北京在低碳客运交通体系建设中,家用轿车低碳化使用所采取的可能措施与政策建议。

   论文研究得出,北京市家用轿车年碳排放总量为705万吨。其中,工作日占全年碳排放的79.3%、周末占15.6%、节假日占5.1%。工作日高峰7:00-8:00、18:00-19:00;非工作日高峰为9:00-10:00。排量、行驶里程、交通拥堵情况和碳排放值呈正相关。此外,收入水平、家庭结构和碳排放值呈正相关。

ABSTRACT:In advocating low-carbon economy, against the background of green traffic. Car impact on the environment, has gradually become a common concern. In order to better explore the private passenger car emissions of carbon dioxide in Beijing on the impact of environmental issues, a clearer understanding of Beijing's low-carbon development and implementation of our traffic, but also for departments to better prevention and control of the private into Beijing the growth rate of car. Family cars in Beijing this article into the characteristics of carbon dioxide emissions.    This is the《Beijing urban passenger space Characteristics of carbon emissions》,part of the project, specific studies in the Beijing urban passenger transport system carbon emissions family car (refer to CO2 emissions, the same below) of the temporal and spatial characteristics of carbon emissions through the family car space and time and its affecting factors in the analysis of proposed passenger transport system, Beijing is building low-carbon, low carbon family car may be taken by use of measures and policy recommendations.

   Thesis come to Beijing family car in carbon emissions of 705 tons. Among them, the days of carbon emissions accounted for 79.3%, 15.6% weekends, holidays accounted for 5.1%.
