摘要:城市公共交通是城市生活的动脉,只有其运行平稳,健康发展,才能使城市蓬勃发展。随着中国经济和社会的发展,城市规模的逐步扩大,城市交通客流量日渐增多,城市发展和公共交通之间的冲突越来越多。近年来,虽然我国在公共交通的发展方面已取得较大进展,但与发达国家相比,仍然是有相当大的差距。常州公交作为全国公交发展的楷模,以其为例来探索城市公共交通发展的有效途径,具有较强的实效性。探究常州市公共交通在发展过程中存在的问题及其原因,为其未来的公共交通发展途径提出相应的建议,不仅可以为常州市公共交通的持续,健康,科学发展提供指导,同时也为其他城市公共交通的发展提供参考借鉴。针对我国城市公共交通发展现状,结合政府财政能力和土地资源状况,我国发展城市公共交通应以推广快速公交系统为主。政府应在城市公共交通发展中发挥主导作用,实现安全高效的公交服务,倡导公共交通的绿色发展。

Abstract:City public traffic of city life is the artery, only the stable, healthy development, to make the city develops flourishingly. Along with China's economic and social development, gradually expand the scale of city, city traffic passenger flow increasing, city development and the growing conflict between public traffic. In recent years, although our country in the development of public transport has made significant progress, but compared with developed countries, there is still a considerable gap. Changzhou transit as the national transportation development model, take it as an example to explore the city public transport development in an effective way, has strong effectiveness. Research of Changzhou city public traffic in the development process of the existing problems and their causes, for the future development of public traffic route puts forward the corresponding proposal, not only for the public transport of Changzhou sustained, healthy, scientific development to provide guidance, but also for other city public transport development to provide a reference. In the light of our country city public transportation development present situation, the government should be in the city public transport development play a dominant role, to achieve safe and efficient public transport bus service, advocacy green development.
