摘要:近年来,社区工作者在社区中发挥的作用日益凸显,尽管我国社工专业的高等教育培养体系已逐步完善,但是我国专业社工人才一直处于紧缺状态,社区中的专业社工只占极少数,社工专业毕业的学生极少选择进入社区。而社会的需求日益旺盛,因而探索推动社区工作人才队伍建设具有很强的现实意义。XX作为长三角地区的中等发达城市,城市建设速度较快,具有一定的代表性,并在探索社区工作人才队伍建设方面有了一些尝试与探索,具有一定的实践意义,但仍存在不少问题,如社区工作人才队伍的选聘机制不完善、管理模式落后、激励措施不足等,所以XX的社区工作人才队伍建设依然比较滞后。因而,本文以XX为个案,试图剖析影响XX地区社区工作人才队伍建设的原因,从而提出相应对策,为政府及相关部门提供参考,以推动我国社区工作人才队伍建设。

Abstract:In recent years, the community social workers have played an increasingly prominent role in the development of communities, although China social work professional higher education system has been gradually improved, our country professional social workers has been in short supply. In the community, professional social workers only account for a very small minority, and less social work graduations choose to enter community. While social demand is increasing heavily, it is of great practical significance to explore the community work talents team construction. Changzhou ,as the developed city of Yangtze River Delta region, with faster speed of its city construction and a certain representation, to explore the community worker team construction has made some practice and exploration, which has a certain practical significance, but there are still many problems, such as the selection system is not well built, management mode is falling behind, incentive mechanism is not enough and so on, so community worker talents team construction of Changzhou still compares lag. Therefore, in this paper, taking Changzhou as the case, trying to analyze the reasons of influencing Changzhou community worker team construction, and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the government and relevant departments, in order to promote our country community worker talents team construction.

本文主要通过对XX地区社区工作者的问卷抽样调查及访谈,并结合XX地区高校社工教育状况,探索XX市社区工作人才队伍建设存在的问题,主要体现在选聘机制不完善、管理模式落后、激励措施不足等三个方面,并就这三个维度进行详细分析。在此基础上,进行对策探索与讨论,以期为XX市社区工作人才队伍建设提供借鉴与参考。综合认为,XX地区的社工人才队伍建设要在社区与政府的职能界定、人才管理模式、对社区的投入、社区工作者技能培训等方面下功夫,如此方能推动XX地区社区工作人才队伍的大发展与大繁荣。
