摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，社区逐渐成为现代城市最主要的基层组织，在党构建社会主义和谐社会方针的指引下，我国许多城市都越来越重视社区文化建设。邻里关系作为社区最基本的人际关系，它反映了一个社区的凝聚力以及居民对社区的认同感和归属感，是社区文化建设的主心骨。笔者通过对实习所在社区的居民进行问卷调查，分析现代人的邻里关系状况及其影响因素，探讨我国社区文化建设的优势与不足，探究现代邻里关系和社区文化建设的交叉作用，结合发达国家和地区社区文化建设的成功经验，根据我国社区发展的实际情况，探索和谐社会下的现代“邻里型社区”的发展之路。

Abstract：With the acceleration of urbanization, the community has become the most major organizations at the grass-roots level of the modern city, in party building socialist harmonious society under the guidance of the principle of our country, many cities pay more and more attention to the community cultural construction. The most basic neighborhoods as a community of interpersonal relationship, it reflects community cohesion and residents of the community's identity and belonging, is the mainstay of community culture construction. The author of the community to practice the inhabitants of questionnaire investigation, this paper analyzes the neighborhood in modern status and influential factors, this paper discusses the community culture construction in our country, the advantage and shortage of modern neighborhoods and explore of the community culture building interactions, combined with developed countries and regions of the community culture building successful experience, according to the actual situation of China's community development, exploration under harmonious society modern "neighborhood type community" development way.
