摘要
天主教16世纪传入中国，自传入我国后其影响不断增大，经历长期的发展，据统计，全国天主教徒人数已近500万人，并以每年7万人的速度不断增加。天主教自传入北京地区后不断的发展壮大并形成了自身的历史特点。本文的主要内容包括当代北京天主教发展史、当代天主教经管理体制以及北京天主教对于新中国及社会主义的积极意义。目的在于通过历史资料以及走访调查，对当代北京天主教的发展历史以及管理体制进行研究考察，使人们更加了解到当代北京天主教的情况，并认识到天主教对社会发展有着积极的意义。

Abstract
Catholicism was introduced to China in the 16th century, since the introduction of its impact upon our growing and experienced long-term development, according to statistics, nearly 500 million Catholics, and to 7 million per year increase. Catholicism after the Beijing area since the introduction continued to grow and form its own historical character. The main contents include the history of contemporary Beijing Catholic Church, God, by the contemporary management system and the Beijing Catholic Church in China and socialism for the new positive. The aim is to historical data and social survey of the contemporary history of the Catholic Church and the Beijing management system and study and make people more clearly understand the situation of contemporary Beijing Catholic Church, and recognizing the Catholic Church on social development has a positive meaning.
