摘要:我国有着五千多年的历史,在灿烂的历史文化中,中华古典管理思想是积我国劳动人民反复实践和验证的经验形成的,它以中国优秀的传统文化为基本内涵。如今众多组织已经进入科学管理时代,更专业的分工、更大规模的组织以及越发标准化的生产已成为目前达到利益最大化的首选管理技术或模式。正如海尔所说:没有最好,只有更好。任何有效的管理都存在其不可避免的缺陷,只有不断完善,注重改进,才有望形成更完善,更合理,更有效的管理机制或模式;更有望成为组织的核心竞争力。科学管理是以十九世纪末到二十世纪初为时间点划分的,其思想发展到今天,内容和范围一直在延伸和完善,但其始终都无法解决管理中的某些问题,说明科学管理其局限性已经存在,而且一直存在。为了弥补科学管理理论中显现的不足,探索中国古典管理的思想理论的精髓,取其精华,去其糟薄,古为今用,已成为当今世界管理学界研究的一个“热点”。不仅如此,这对于传承中华民族文化,建设中国式现代管理也是十分必要的。

Abstract:China has 5,000 years of history, splendid culture and history, classical Chinese thinking is the plot of China's management of working people repeated practice and experience formed validation, to the fine traditions of Chinese culture as the basic connotation. Now many organizations have entered the era of scientific management, professional division of labor, a large-scale organizations, as well as more standardization of production has become the first choice to maximize the interests of management techniques or patterns. As Haier said: There is no best, only better. Any effective management of all its inevitable flaws exist, only continuous improvement, focus on improving, it is expected to create better, more reasonable and more effective management mechanism or model is expected to become more organized core competitiveness. Scientific management in the late 19th century to the early 20th century for the demarcation point in time, their ideological development today, content and scope has been extended and improved, but always fails in the management of some of the issues that the scientific management of their Limitations already exist, but there have always been. To make up for the scientific management theories in the emerging shortage, and explore the idea of Chinese classical management theory of the essence, the essence comes to their bad thin, Guweijinyong, has become the world's management of academic study of a "hot spot." Not only that, for this tradition Chinese culture, Chinese-style building of modern management is also very necessary.
