摘要:20世纪前五十年代,两次世界大战相继爆发,在如此短的时间内,世界范围内相继发生两次大规模的战争,这种现象表明两次战争之间必然有着某种关联。一战结束后,战胜国以条约的形式对战败国提出了一系列要求,这些条约构成了凡尔赛—华盛顿体系,其中凡尔赛体系内部的结构缺陷导致战争结束后的欧洲各国势力不均衡,国际秩序动荡不安,同时,凡尔赛体系对德国过分的惩罚要求也促使一战后的德国在内外困境中寻求着再次强盛的道路,内因和外因的共同推动使得德国成为发动第二次世界大战的魁首。战胜国建立凡尔赛—华盛顿体系,其初衷是为了维持战后和平与稳定的国际新秩序,但由于帝国主义国家的掠夺性质使它具有多种不可调和的矛盾,这种矛盾也使得凡尔赛体系的对德政策存在诸多弊端,希特勒利用这些矛盾和弊端建立法西斯政权,挑起二战。总之,凡尔赛体系与二战的爆发有着十分重要的关系。
