[摘要]教师权威是学校权威中最直接最重要的，随着新一轮课程改革的推进，教师权威问题日益受到关注,成为教育研究中的一个重要课题。许多学者意识到教师权威存在的不合理性。教师权威会使师生之间形成控制与被控制、操纵与被操纵的关系。无论是对教师权威的滥用还是否定都不是最好的解决教育问题的方法，教师权威作为学校生活中不可缺少的一部分，其存在是具有一定的合理性。因此在在新的理念和思想的支撑下，如何正确地看待教师权威以及教师怎样认识并合理运用自己的权威，树立正确的权威观成为当下解决教师权威问题的关键所在。本研究试图在具体教学情境中，运用质化研究探讨教师在教学中运用的不同程度权威对学生产生影响以及采取的合理措施。

[Abstract]Teacher authority is the most direct and the most important in school authority . With the development of new round curriculum reform, the discussion of teacher authority attracts increasing attention, becoming an important subject in education research. Many scholars have realized that something of teacher authority is reasonable. Teacher authority will make a formed relationship of control and controled, manipulate and manipulated between teachers and students. Whether misusing of teacher authority or denying all is not the best solution to solve the education problem. The teacher authority , as an indispensable part in school life, its existence is a certain rationality. So in the support of new ideas and thoughts, how to correctly deal with teacher authority and how teachers recognize and use their authority reasonably, then set up the correct authority outlook become instantly key issues to solve the problem of teacher authority . This research attempts to apply qualitative research in practical teaching situation to discuss in teaching, teachers using different degrees of authority has different influences on students .Finally, teachers should take reasonable measures for education.

学校是以高度组织化和集团化为特色的社会组织，它需要一定的权威发挥控制、管理和协调等作用。适当的教师权威是确保学校教育活动有序地、有效地、公平公正地进行的基本前提。但是随着新一轮课程改革的推进，教师权威问题日益受到关注,成为教育研究中的一个重要课题。许多学者意识到教师权威存在的不合理性。教师权威会使师生之间形成控制与被控制、操纵与被操纵的关系，当代的教育理论存在着“祛权威”的倾向。无论是对教师权威的滥用还是否定都不是最好的解决教育问题的方法，教师权威作为学校生活中不可缺少的一部分，其存在是具有一定的合理性。因此在在新的理念和思想的支撑下，如何正确地看待教师权威以及教师怎样认识并合理运用自己的权威，树立正确的权威观成为当下解决教师权威问题的关键所在。因此，本研究中我的立足点是在明确教师权威内涵的前提下，教师应如何看待自身权威、树立正确的权威观并使之运用于教育之中。
