摘要:本文首先对农村小学“学困生”的概念进行了界定,并对“学困生”在心理和行为上表现出来的特点进行了分析。接着从自身因素、家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素四个方面对小学“学困生”的成因进行分析,进而结合案例提出了农村小学“学困生”的转化策略。

Abstract:This paper first to the countryside elementary school "tough question which every" concept is defined, and the tough question which every in psychology and the behavior showed on the characteristics of the analysis. Then from its own factors, family factors, school factors and social factors in four aspects: tough question which every primary school the cause analysis, then with a case raised the countryside elementary school "tough question which every" transformation strategy.

转化“学困生”的过程是一个艰巨而又漫长的过程,需要学校、家庭和社会的密切配合,付出艰苦的劳动和辛勤的汗水,对“学困生”施之以爱心、耐心、恒心与责任心才能全面提高教育教学质量,推动素质教育的开展。教育是无止境的,所以我们不要轻易放开每一个“学困生”的手。
