摘要:礼仪不仅是人际关系和谐的基础,也是家庭和睦美满的根基,各项事业发展的关键,更是社会文明进步的载体和个人美好形象的标志。而礼仪必须通过学习、培养和训练,才能使之从理论知识成为人们的行为习惯,因此,从小学开始学习礼仪知识是培养礼仪素养的根本要求。目前我国小学礼仪教育依然存在时间不足、资源不全、实践不够、安排不当等一系列的问题,这些问题不仅阻碍礼仪教育的施行,更在一定程度上误导了学习者对礼仪教育应有的态度和重视程度。

    本文以阿昌族小学生为主体,结合中国人民政治协商会议第十一届全国委员会第三次会议(2010.3.3~3.14)将礼仪课程纳入教学大纲、纳入素质教育考核这一举措,以学生为中心,采用自主学习和协作学习,包括课堂讨论、角色扮演、竞争、协同和伙伴等教学策略。活动的顺利进行不仅影响学生素质修养和精神面貌,同时对学生的发展和生活具有深远意义。

  我国礼仪教育以教材、标语、公益广告、网络教学视频等形式在社会、家庭和学校中同时开展。然而这些形式的教育活动都局限于理论知识,学习者处于被动接受的状态,没有互动。因此结合学习者的受教育程度、生活环境、民族风俗影响等因素,以民族和年龄段为划分标准来策划礼仪教育活动能让小学生在轻松愉快的氛围中主动学习礼仪知识,并身体力行。

ABSTRACT:Etiquette is not only the foundation of harmonious interpersonal relationship, but also family harmony happy foundation, key development of the cause, it is a symbol of social civilization and progress of the carrier and the beautiful images. Etiquette must through learning, training and training, in order to make it from theoretical knowledge to become people's behavior, therefore, from primary school began to learn etiquette knowledge is the fundamental requirement of etiquette literacy training. At present there are still lack of time, resources are not fully, practice is not enough, improper arrangement of a series of problems in our primary school etiquette education, these problems not only impede the etiquette education implementation, to a certain extent, mislead the learner should be on the etiquette education, attitude and value degree.

  This  paper takes Achang students as the main body, combined with the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference of the Eleventh National Committee of the third meeting (2010.3.3 ~ 3.14) the etiquette course syllabus, into the quality education evaluation this move, take the student as the center, the independent learning and collaborative learning, including classroom discussions, cosplay, competition, cooperation and partnership teaching strategies. Smoothly activities not only influence the students' qualities and spirit, also has the profound significance on the development of students and life.

China's etiquette education in teaching material, posters, advertisements, network teaching video form in the society, families and schools at the same time. However, these forms of educational activities are confined to theoretical knowledge, students are in passive status, no interaction. Therefore, combined with the level of education, learning environment, ethnic customs and other factors, to the nation and age as the division standard to plan the etiquette education activities make students active learning etiquette knowledge in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and set an example by personally taking part.
