摘 要
教师教学粗暴行为是一种极其普遍的教学问题行为，它不仅影响了学生的心理状态，而且影响学生的性格、认知、意志、情感、价值观等，彻底泯灭了学生的个性，影响学生的人格发展。另外，它对教师、学校、社会也造成了极大的消极影响。教师教学粗暴行为已受到社会各界的关注，研究教师教学粗暴行为的管理策略势在必行。教师教学粗暴行为的管理策略主要有：教学语言粗暴行为的管理策略、教学交往粗暴行为的管理策略、教学辅导粗暴行为的管理策略、教学组织粗暴行为的管理策略、教学评价粗暴行为的管理策略。

ABSTRACT
