通过对青浦实验教学方法和教学原理的了解，我真正领悟到了教学并不是简单的教与学的关系，它必须遵循科学的教学原则，恰如其分的设计、安排、组织好教学;还要有意识地运用生动活泼、新颖多样的教学手段，激发起学生的学习热情，建立起和谐的师生关系，才能愉快而高效地完成教学任务。这种方法概括为“尝试指导与效果回授”。如何在教学中实施呢？我个人认为可以总结为以下四个字:启、动、精、透。
