摘要:幼儿同伴冲突是幼儿相互作用过程中经常发生的现象,它对幼儿的社会化具有独特价值,值得我们去研究。本研究采用观察法和案例法对中班幼儿间冲突进行研究。一个完整的冲突包括冲突起因、策略、结果。本研究把冲突起因分为六种,言语因素、物质因素、身体因素、违反规则、故意挑衅、偶然因素、拒绝。根据使用策略的效果分为积极策略、中性策略、消极策略。本研究对一所幼儿园进行了32天的现场观察,详细记录了冲突起因,使用策略等并将事件撰写成86件案例,将案例进行分析和分类。幼儿间冲突绝大部分由物质因素引起,发生在生活活动中居多,表现形式为混合型,大多采用中性策略解决。

Abstract:Preschoolers' peer conflicts is the child interaction during frequent phenomenon, it child socialization has the unique value, worthy of our study. The study used observation method and case analysis on the conflict between the study of infant.

选题的缘由
幼儿进入幼儿园后与同伴交往不断加深,随之冲突也不断发生,每个幼儿都有个体差异,当冲突发生时他们会有怎样的行为表现以及使用何种解决策略,他们为什么会使用这种策略呢?我们知道冲突对幼儿的社会认知、社会情感,社会行为技能都有很大的发展。对中班幼儿冲突行为的研究目的是解释幼儿同伴冲突行为特点及影响他使用这种策略的因素。幼儿毕竟还小,在冲突中老师应该适时的给予幼儿正确的指导,有意识的引导幼儿正确的面对冲突,采取更多积极策略来解决同伴间的冲突。
