【摘要】 “儿童只是被照看着，不需要倾听他们的需要”，“不打不成才”这样的话语让我不断反思：是这样吗？至今，孩子他们随着自身的成长和发展，逐渐理解被社会认同的行为规则，并学习怎样回应与他人交流，以及怎样在必要的时候调整自己的行为;因种种原因，孩子的需要无法满足时，就会出现相应的所谓“问题行为”；本研究因研究者对儿童观看法的转变，有针对性地探讨一名边缘儿童行为背后的、很少被给予足够注意的“孩子的需要”。

Abstract：“Children just being looked after, do not need to listen to their needs”, “No pain, no talent”this discourse let me continual process of reflection: Is it? So far, the children them with their own growth and development, and gradually understand the rules of behavior of social identity, learning how to respond to and communicate with others, and how to adjust their behavior when necessary; for some reason, the child's needs can not meet occurs the so-called "problem behavior"; In this study, changes in children's concept of an edge of children's behavior behind, rarely give sufficient attention to the child's needs.

起初，本研究想要按照以下的程序一步步地实施方案：首先，通过简单的访谈、观察等方式去了解记录下孩子的点点滴滴，在整理资料的基础上，进行不断的修正、整理、归纳；其次，在上述的前提下，利用微观系统中家庭、社区、学校这三大要素观看孩子到底在哪个环节出现了问题；在者，根据上述的发现，进行简单的推断，猜测孩子行为背后的需要，制定适合孩子的个人实施方案，然后满足他们的需要，看孩子的行为是否会有所转变，倘若不变，在重新分析，从头整理，是哪个环节出了问题…….这就是质化研究的过程。
