摘 要:我国国民经济现阶段正处于快速发展时期。一方面，我国政府制定的发展任务是提高人民生活水平，提高社会生产力和增强国家综合实力。另一方面，我国的经济发展又受到非常严峻的环境问题和其他困难的制约。一直以来，因为较低的技术水平和粗放型经济增长方式的原因，我国各行业对于资源的利用效率都比较低，造成了不断增长的对资源的开发。同时，我国经济建设、资源和环境都面临着不断增长的人口数量和人民对于物质文化的需求所带来的巨大的压力。因为上述原因的共同影响，我国政府不得不将可持续发展定为我国的基本国策来有效地解决这些问题。绿色物流的产生就是为了适应我国可持续发展的战略目标，绿色物流的发展可以推动可持续发展的目标实现。
绿色物流是指在整个物流流程中降低物流活动对环境造成破坏的同时，实现净化物流环境，减少资源消耗，使资源可以得到最充分的利用。绿色物流包括物流作业环节和物流管理全过程的绿色化。从物流作业环节来看，它包括绿色运输、绿色包装、绿色流通加工等。从物流管理过程来看，主要是从保护环境和节约资源的目标出发，改进物流体系，既要考虑正向物流环节的绿色化，又要考虑供应链上的逆向物流体系的绿色化。绿色物流的最终目标是可持续性发展，实现该目标的准则是经济利益、社会利益和环境利益的统一。

ABSTRACT:China's national economy is in a period of rapid development stage. On the one hand, the Chinese government formulated the task of development is to improve people's living standards, improve social productivity and enhance national comprehensive strength. On the other hand, China's economic development facing quite severe environmental problems and other difficulties.All the time, because of the low level of technology and extensive mode of economic growth, the industry in China for the using efficiency of resources are relatively low, resulting in a growing demand for resource development. Meanwhile, China's economic development, resources and the environment are faced with the enormous pressure from the growing population and people's demand for the material and culture. Because of these reasons, the Chinese government had to constitute sustainable development as the basic national policy of China to solve these problems effectively. Green logistics is generated to adapt to the strategic target of sustainable development in our country, the development of green logistics can promote the realization of the goal of the sustainable development .
Green logistics is to reduce logistics activities caused damage to the environment in the whole logistics process, at the same time, realize the logistics environment purification, reduce the consumption of resources, so that resources can be most fully utilized. It includes the green of the aspects of logistics operations and the process of logistics management. Operating procedures from a logistics point of view, including green transportation, green packaging, green distribution processing. From the point of view of logistics management processes, the main is to improve the logistics system by the goals of environmental protection and resource conservation goals, it is necessary to consider the green of the positive aspects of logistics, meanwhile consider the green of the reverse logistics supply chain system.The ultimate goal of Green Logistics is sustainable development, the criteria for achieving this goal is the unified of economic interests, social interests and environmental interests.
