摘  要

 

   本研究选用云蔗06-407、云蔗06-408、云蔗06-415、云蔗06-416和ROC10、ROC22 6个宿根性强、弱不同的甘蔗品种为研究材料,对旱地条件下第一年宿根甘蔗进行生理指标的分析,探讨宿根蔗叶片中可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和转化酶活性等生理指标与甘蔗宿根性强弱的关系。结果表明,宿根性强弱不同的甘蔗品种,在可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和转化酶活性上存在显著性差异,且各指标与甘蔗品种的宿根性呈正相关。即宿根性较强的甘蔗品种云蔗06-407、云蔗06-415和对照种ROC22的可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和转化酶活性较高,宿根性较差的云蔗06-416和ROC10较低,宿根性最弱的云蔗06-408最低。

ABSTRACT

 

   The physiological indexes of first ratoon crop on the drought condition, six sugarcane varieties with different ratoon traits, Yunzhe06-407, Yunzhe06-408, Yunzhe06-415, Yunzhe 06-416, ROC10 and ROC22 were tested in the paper. The relativity between the ratoon traits and four physiological indexes of soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and invertase activity were analyzed after determining samples from ratoon sugarcane leaf. The result showed that among the above four physiological indexes were of significant difference with different ratoon ability of varieties, and were of positive correlation between ratoon traits and the above four physiological indexes. That means the strongest ratoon ability sugarcane variety Yunzhe06-407,Yunzhe 06-415 and ROC22 were the highest content, Yunzhe06-416 and ROC10 were lower, and Yunzhe06-408 was the lowest.
