摘 要
从实验室20株菌种中筛选出一种编号为660的菌种，其固体发酵液具有明显的除鬼针草根活性。实验结果表明，660固体发酵液的除鬼针草活性主要表现为抑制杂草根的生长作用。将实验室菌种660发酵液稀释5倍后对鬼针草根抑制效果最好，对其根的生长抑制率均在90％以上。660固体发酵5天后对鬼针草根的抑制效果最佳，抑制率为92.3％。

ABSTRACT
An Actinomyces strain 660 isolated and screened from laboratory twenty strains has clear outroot in its solid fermentation. The results of experimental showed that the outroot activity of its solid fermentation exhibited growth inhibition. It is the best for inhibiting spanishneedles roots when the fermentation liquar of laboratory 660 diluted five times, that was above 90%. The effort of spanishneedles roots is the best when 660 soild fermentation five days later. The rate of inhibiting was 90%.
