摘  要

   本试验用牛粪为主的培养料配方在营养和环境条件一致的境况下栽培三个不同品种的鸡腿菇,并从菌丝生长状况、菌丝生长速度、子实体形态特征及农艺性等方面进行比较研究,为栽培高产高质的鸡腿菇提供有益的参考和建议。结果表明:大鸡腿菇菌丝长势强、菌丝生长速度快、抗杂菌污染能力强、菇产量高、抗病性强。用该培养基配方栽培鸡腿菇,三个鸡腿菇品种中,最适合的是大鸡腿菇,其次是鸡腿菇418,白鸡腿菇略逊于鸡腿菇418。

ABSTRACT

   The experiment studied the cultivation of three species of Coprinus comatus (Mull.:Fr) S. F. Gray with cow dung as main material in the same codition. Study compared the growth of hyphae, mycelial growth rate, morphologies of fruiting body and agronomic traits, and some good advices were provided to cultivate Coprinus comatus of high output and high quality. The result showed that big coprinus comatus had many advantages in growth, anti-bacterial contamination, output and disease resistance compared with Coprinus comatus 418 and white Coprinus comatus.
