摘要:[目的] 探讨蛹虫草中粗提物体外抗氧化的作用。[方法] 将蛹虫草子实体粉碎后采用水提法得到蛹虫草粗提物,通过对其还原力、超氧阴离子自由基(O2·–)的清除能力、羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力、体外模拟胃液pH值条件下的NO2-清除能力、DPPH法测定蛹虫草粗提物的抗氧化活性。[结果] 通过对蛹虫草中粗提物还原力的测定,还原力最高可达1.492;O2·–的测定其清除率最高可达31.6%;·OH的最高清除率可达84%;NO2-最高清除率可达60%;DPPH法测定后抑制率最高可达65%。

Abstract:[Objective] Discuss about the effect of antioxidant activity on cordyceps militaris crude extract in vitro.[Method] Crushed fruiting bodies of Cordyceps militaris,and then, Water extraction by using crude extracts of Cordyceps militaris, by measuring the reducing powermeasure, Oxygen free radical was scavenged by Cordyceps militaris crude extract;Hydroxyl free radical was scavenged by Cordyceps militaris crude extract;The elimination rate of Cordyceps militaris crude extract on exogenous nitrite within simulated gastric;Antioxidative activity determination on Cordyceps militaris crude extract by Scavenging DPPH·,this five method,to proving the antioxidant activity of cordyceps militaris crude extract. [Results] By crude extracts of Cordyceps militaris in the determination of reducing power, reducing power up to 1.492;the highest of Oxygen free radical's Clearance up to 31.6%, the highest of Hydroxyl free radical 's Clearance up to 84%; the highest of exogenous nitrite 's Clearance up to 60%; though the DPPH method,the highest Inhibition up to 65%.
