摘 要:以白苏为实验材料,研究了不同浓度IAA(0、1、2、5、10、20、50 mg•L-1)对白苏盐胁迫(100mmol·L-1)的缓解作用。主要从白苏生长(株高,鲜重,干重)、生理生化(叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量),以及膜损伤和抗氧化系统中酶活性(MDA 、SOD、POD)方面进行研究,结果表明,1~10 mg•L-1 浓度IAA处理可以促进盐胁迫下白苏的生长、有效提高植株的鲜重,干重,抑制叶绿素含量的减少、增加可溶性糖的含量、降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量、提高保护酶的活性,缓解了盐胁迫,其中以IAA浓度为10 mg•L-1时效果最佳。但是当IAA浓度达到20 mg·L-1时则对白苏生长生理产生伤害。综合各项指标说明, 一定浓度的IAA对白苏盐胁迫有缓解作用,可增强盐胁迫下白苏的生理特性,减轻盐胁迫对白苏生长的抑制作用。

Abstract: Taking Perilla frutescens as experiment material,effect of different concentrations of IAA (0,1,2,5,10,20,50mg•L-1)to salt stress (100mmol•L-1) relief effect of Perilla frutescens were studied.Mainly from Perilla frutescens’growth (plant height,dry weight,fresh weight) and physiological and biochemical (chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,crude fiber content) and the damage of oxidative and the activity of antioxidant system (MDA,SOD,POD) were studied.The results proved that 1~10 mg•L -1concentrations of IAA improved the growth of Perilla frutescens under certain salt stress,it was shown that the fresh and dry weight were significantly enhanced with IAA,they were also helpful to restrain the decrease of chlorophyll contents and enhance soluble sugar contents,decrease the content of MDA produced by lipid peroxidation,increase the activity of antioxidant enzyme.The salt injury were alleviated.It was best effects under the IAA concentration of 10 mg•L -1.But while the concentration of IAA reached 20mg•L-1,respectively,the P.frutescens growth and physiological were inhibited.The results showed that several treatments was favorable for its better physiological characteristics,and had the potential for improving resistance to salt injury,and lessened the damage of the NaCl stress on P.frutescens growth.
