摘要:研究三种不同产地的香菇多糖的抗氧化活性并进行比较。以热水浸提,乙醇沉淀的方法,分别从三种不同产地的香菇子实体中提取多糖,通过对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力、还原力的测定、DPPH法测定香菇多糖的抗氧化活性以及小鼠肝线粒体肿胀度的测定实验,从而对三种不同来源的香菇多糖进行抗氧化活性研究。为香菇多糖的进一步开发利用提供实验依据。

〔Abstract〕: Study on three different origin lentinan antioxidant activity and compared. The polysaccharides extracted from the mushroom fruiting bodies of three different origins to the hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method. Antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides from three different origin lentinan was studied by several experiments, including the hydroxyl radical (• OH) scavenging, reducing power determination, the DPPH method for the determination of the antioxidant activity of lentinan and the swelling extent of mitochondrion of mice liver. The research provided a teoretical basis for further exploration and utilization of Lentinan.
