摘要:本实验利用响应面方法优化蛹虫草中虫草素的提取工艺,选择料液比、功率和时间为自变量,虫草素的提取值为响应值,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究各自变量交互作用及其对虫草素提取率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型, 并确定虫草素提取工艺:料液比1:26.84,功率 329.57W,时间40.25min,在此条件下,虫草素的提取率可达4.58454‰

Abstract: The purpose of the experiment is to optimize the extraction technology of the Cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris, the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable (the extraction rate of Cordycepin) and independent variables (the proportion between the raw materials and the solution,,time,the power) through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology, As a result, the best extraction technology of the Cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris as follows: the proportion between the raw materials and the solution 1:26.84, power329.57W, time40.25min, under such conditions, the extraction rate could be up to 4.58454‰
