摘要:采用水培的方法,在水稻种子萌发实验中,用不同浓度的硫酸铜溶液培养水稻种子,以了解铜对水稻种子萌发和生长的影响。实验结果表明:铜离子能够影响水稻种子的萌发及根长;根长度与铜离子的浓度呈负相关;但铜对水稻幼苗的芽长和生物量的影响没有对根长的影响显著。

Abstract: By using the method of hydroponics, the effects of Cu2+ in different concentrations on seed germination and seedling development of rice were studied in laboratory. It was shown that Cu2+ could inhibit rice germination and growth of rice root. Length of the rice root was negatively correlated with the concentrations of Cu2+, but the effect on the bud growth and seedling biomass were not significant when compared with the rice root length.

近年来,稻米中重金属含量超标问题日益突出。稻米重金属污染,不仅降低其品质和安全性,而且影响消费者的健康。人们对铜的污染进行了大量的研究,但其对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的研究却不多见。种子萌发时期的生长状况直接影响到作物以后的生长和产量,因此,研究种子在萌发阶段受重金属污染的影响显得尤为重要。种子的萌发和幼苗的生长是整个植物生长过程的重要阶段,它同时也是对外界环境变化最敏感的阶段。本研究旨在从生态学角度出发,通过外源添加铜,监测水稻种子萌发和苗期生理指标,来反映铜对水稻生命初期的抑制作用以及了解铜对水稻的生理毒性。为预防水稻早期铜伤害以及由此而引发的食品安全问题提供理论参考。
