摘要:采用正交设计法优选盐角草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法进行测定,以盐角草中黄酮含量作为考查指标,通过单因素试验研究乙醇浓度、固液比、回流时间及回流温度四个主要因素对提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上通过正交设计法优化盐角草总黄酮提取工艺条件。结果表明:盐角草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积浓度为80%,固液比为1:50,回流温度为70℃,提取时间为4h。此条件下盐角草的总黄酮得率为25.172mg/g。

Abstract:The optimal condition for extraction of total flavone from Salicornia europaea L. was investigated by orthogonal test The  total  flavone  content of  Salicornia europaea L. was determined by using  spectrophotometry method with rutin as reference substance. In the single factor analysis, the effect of the concentration of ethanol extracts,solid-liquid ratio, Reflux time  and Reflux temperature were  measured.  The  orthogonal test  was used to optimize the conditions of extraction .The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions obtained by orthogonal analysis are as follows: ethanol concentration80%, solid-liquidratio1:50, refluxing temperature 70 ℃ and extracting duration 4 h. Total flavonoids yield from Salicornia europaea L. is 25.172mg/g by the optimal process.
