摘要:本文通过对不同使用者手机微生物污染情况和使用习惯调查,初步了解校园手机微生物污染状况,并分析造成手机微生物污染的原因所在,提出有效的防治方案。实验结果表明,本次所检测的80台手机,基本都被微生物污染,其中细菌总数污染比较严重,大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,霉菌,酵母菌携带量也较多。在被检的80台手机中,学生手机的微生物污染情况样本占被金黄色葡萄球菌污染样本占15%,被酵母菌污染样本占25%,被大肠杆菌污染样本阳性率5%;教师手机金黄色葡萄球菌被污染样本占10%,酵母菌样本占27.5%,霉菌样本占35%,大肠杆菌阳性率30%。菌落数目无法计数35%。使用习惯调查显示,饮食中使用手机是手机带菌的主要原因。

The number of colonies can not count 35%. The survey shows usage habits, diet, use of mobile phones is the main reason of the mobile phone carrier.
