摘要:目前，高校体育选修课类别多种多样，篮球是各高校主要体育授课项目之一。篮球选修课在南京各高校开展水平参差不齐，普遍存在女生整体教学效果不明显的现象。本文通过对南京部分高校女生参加篮球选修课的兴趣、动机、影响因素几个方面展开调查，分析原因，提出建议，为激发高校女生篮球学习兴趣、提高篮球选修课教学质量、普及篮球运动提供参考意见。

Abstract:At present, universities' PE elective courses are varied. Basketball is a main teaching project of those. The level of the development of basketball electives in colleges of Nanjing is uneven and there is a phenomenon that the teaching effect of female students is not so good. Therefore, this paper, investigates this phenomenon through the interests, motivations and influence factors of the female students who take the basketball elective. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes reasons and puts forward some suggestions for stimulating female students' interests, improving the quality of the basketball elective and proposing some reference ideas for the spread of basketball.

篮球是高等学校体育选修课的主要授课项目之一，是一项集体性、综合性的项目，同时也具有健身性、娱乐性。篮球运动在我国有着深厚的群众基础，开展极为广泛，深受广大青少年热爱。随着学校篮球运动的进一步普及，激发了学生的体育兴趣，增强了学生的体育意识，提高了学生的篮球运动能力，对培养学生良好的竞争意识和优良的心理素质都有很大的作用。
高等学校的女生篮球选修课是体育教学的重要内容之一，在体育教学中占有重要地位。目前，南京各高校篮球选修课开展水平参差不齐，普遍存在女生整体教学效果不明显的现象。本文通过对南京部分高校女生参加篮球选修课的兴趣、动机、影响因素等方面的调查与分析，以科学的理论来指导高校女生的体育实践活动，为提高高校女生的篮球学习兴趣、高校女生篮球选修课教学质量、篮球运动的普及提供参考意见，使学校的篮球选修课适应时代女性的要求，实现“阶段体育”向“终身体育”的转变。
